Combining the precision of architecture with the passion for cooking might seem improbable to many, but for me, it’s the perfect recipe for innovation and impact. For over 30 years, I have transformed ideas into unforgettable experiences, from award-winning restaurants to visionary projects in the hospitality and F&B sector.

More than just an Architect or a Chef, I am a manager specializing in creating and implementing innovative concepts. Throughout my career, I have led teams and brands to achieve what once seemed impossible:

I TURNED IDEAS INTO STARS, as in STUDIO CITY MACAU, where the management tools I developed contributed not only to earning 7 Michelin stars for its restaurants but also to successfully completing the opening of the most sophisticated Shopping Mall on the Cotai Strip in just 18 months, meeting the project’s strict deadlines.

I REDEFINED EXCELLENCE, with MOON La Dolce Vita Africana, a fusion of Italian and African gastronomy recognized in Angola as the “BEST RESTAURANT OF 2023”.

I REORGANIZED HUMAN RECOURSES DEPARTMENT in parallel with the CREATION OF THE AUDIT DEPARTMENT for the COSAL Hotel Group units in Angola, through functional analysis and subsequent definition, providing a training implementation plan and physical modifications to existing spaces to ensure a standardized operational compliance.

I believe that memorable projects emerge when strategic vision, creativity, and flawless execution come together. This is how I turn concepts into experiences and challenges into opportunities.

Beyond my practical experience, my academic background includes Architecture, Management, and Marketing, complemented by technical certifications in food safety systems and pedagogy. This solid foundation enhances my ability to combine creativity with pragmatism and supports my holistic approach, bridging business management, design, and innovation.
